Kevin Neary (born August 8th 1964), Manchester, England is a CEO and Strategic Investor. He is comercializating intellectual property (IP) in the United States and Europe. His passion is combining product and process innovation to create new business models for highly successful companies.

Previously, he founded and managed a staffing and recruiting firm, SoftSkills and prior to that served as an account manager with the Unisys systems and business consultancy DPP (Holdings) Ltd.  He is an experienced entrepreneur from a traditional services industries background. The transition to internet technologies and online services has provided him with a unique insight into how product, process and business model innovation can best capture the ingredients that will ultimately create great companies.
